Our success means their success and it is our social responsibility to support the livelihood of these rural people. This is why we always prefer buying direct from the farmers. This ensures enhanced financial support for the hardworking cultivators. We also have our very own farmer support program. This focuses on 2000 acre of farmlands in rural Sahiwal. Through the program our representatives provide guidance for increased farming productivity. Farmers are also encouraged to sell their harvest directly to us at guaranteed rates.

At Hi-Tech grain mills, we understand the value of union. We flourish only through the hard work of our community and it is our responsibility to look after it. Pakistan is on the right economic path and our future outlook is great, but there are some areas of the country where basic necessities of the modern world need facilitation. This is why the Hi-Tech group of companies is proud to be a part of luminous foundation. Through Luminous foundation, Hi-Tech group focuses on education, health and water filtration.

To free a society from poverty, the first step is to educate the new generations. In this regards, Luminous foundation works hard to adopt non-functional government schools to ensure quality education is provided in rural areas free of charge.

Through the foundation Hi-Tec grain mills, along with the rest of the Hi-tech group, also sponsor secondary level education for all the children of non-managerial employees who are unable to cope with the burden of the tuition fees.

Thirdly Luminous Foundation focuses on water. Clean drinking water is becoming scarce in some regions due to droughts. These are increasing due to climate change and there is a necessity to construct hand pumps and water filtration units in such areas.

Finally luminous foundation has recently started to engage in the charitable health sector. Out of all the options available, the foundation decided to open a free physiotherapy clinic which offers pick and drop service to the patients. Physiotherapy has existed as a form of treatment for dysfunctions and disabilities for thousands of years. The clinic offers optimal non-surgical alternatives to the underprivileged who cannot afford expensive operations.
